An almost mint example of the 1956 model in ivory with a slight blue tint to the windows.
The paintwork is superb and the silver paint is unusually accurate too. So often these models have a poor finish and bad casting faults but this shows very few.
The wheels are like new and this clearly has been stored somewhere for years and it is just a pity that the box didn't get kept. It is certainly the best I have seen and in a quite unusual shade, the grey being more common.
The tyres are hard but still look like new and, as originals, I prefer to leave them on rather than replace them. They don't appear to be cracked, though and still have that 'out-of-the-box' sheen.
